Because of this, you can choose from a variety of options, including dairy free, gluten free and sugar free. No matter who you are or what your dietary need may be, Basic Batter will make something just for you!

For those planning their wedding day, Basic Batter offers In-Person and To-Go tastings. During the in-person tasting, we will sit down together to get to know your taste and style for the big day. Each cake is designed to highlight couples’ unique personalities and love stories.

Hi! My name is Stefanie and I own Basic Batter. I’m a mom to three boys that I homeschool and have been married to my best friend since 2006.

My maiden name is Baker, so it’s literally in my DNA to bake. I created this clean & organic bakery because I was tired of reading labels and not being able to pronounce the ingredients. With many friends dealing with dietary restrictions, I wanted to find a way for them to have sweets too. After all, everyone needs a cookie now and then!
